Integration settings
Main
Send to Kommo – Select No if you want to pause order transmission to Kommo.
Send after (sec) – Specify the number of seconds to delay sending. This option works via WP CRON, which does not guarantee that the order will be sent to Kommo exactly after the specified time due to how WP CRON operates.
Recommendation for precise sending:
1. Disable the default WP CRON by adding the following line to the wp-config.php file:
define('DISABLE_WP_CRON', true);
2. Set up a Cron task on your hosting/server with a 1-minute interval:
curl -s https://mysite.com/wp-cron.php
Lead name – Leave the default or specify your own. You can use any text and "Order Fields" (wrap them in double curly braces) from the "Builder" tab.
Responsible list – Select multiple users, and the integration will distribute leads to them in turn.
Add products to the lead – Products will be created and attached to the lead.
Duplicate control
- Status – Select Yes to enable.
- Do not overwrite fields – Select fields that should not be overwritten.
- Reassign responsible person – If Yes is selected, the responsible user will be changed.
Synchronization
To ensure that when an order status changes, the lead stage is updated and vice versa.
Select a funnel and match order statuses with lead lead stages. You cannot select the same lead stage more than once!
Custom fields
If you use "Custom Fields," add them here, and they will be available in the "Constructor" tab.
Constructor
Configure the mapping of order fields to Kommo fields. Select which lead, contact, or company fields should receive order data. In most cases, contact details and address are sufficient.
Notes
Add products to note – If Yes, the integration will automatically add brief product information and links to them in the note.
Create a note in lead – Select No if you want to disable note creation.
Note Template –create a note for the transaction. You can use any text and any "Order Fields" (wrapped in double curly brackets) from the "Constructor" tab.
Task
Create a task in the lead– Select No if you want to disable task creation.
Task type – Select the task type.
Description – You can use any text and "Order Fields" (wrap them in double curly braces) from the "Constructor" tab.
Due date – Specify the allotted time for task completion.
Tags
Add tags for lead, contacts, or companies. You can use any text and "Order Fields" (wrap them in double curly braces) from the "Constructor" tab.
Order export
Select the orders you want to export to Kommo. If you need to display more orders for export, add &orders_limit=50 to the address bar to display 50 orders.
